A typical child spends approximately 4 to 5 hours a day watching TV, using the computer or playing video games. Studies have found that the more TV children watch, the more likely they are to gain excess weight. Kids now a day are not motivated to exercise or eat properly due to lack of motivation, which leads to laziness.

I decided to create a book called “Burga King” addressing the issue of Childhood obesity. Burga king is a story about a child named king who Is facing this monster called obesity he is bullied because of his disorder in which he comes across my book, he then decides to follow the books diet and exercise program in which he demonstrates his determination to become a healthier child.
